It is a common phenomenon that students have to take oral English test during college. Some people think that it is necessary for them to have oral test so that they can have a certification to prove themselves. But for some people, they believe that we shouldn't have oral test for it is a waste of time. For me, I think spoke English test is a necessary for students. Reasons are listed below.

通常來(lái)說(shuō)，學(xué)生在大學(xué)期間必須參加英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)測(cè)試。一些人認(rèn)為口語(yǔ)考試很重要，因?yàn)樗麄兛梢缘玫揭粋€(gè)證書(shū)來(lái)證明自己的口語(yǔ)能力。但是對(duì)于一些人來(lái)說(shuō)，卻認(rèn)為口語(yǔ)考試很浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。就我看來(lái)，口語(yǔ)考試對(duì)學(xué)生很重要。原因如下：

Firstly, oral English test can help students to improve their oral ability. If we don’t have oral test, then 90% of students wouldn't force themselves to practice spoken English. But if we have such kind of oral test, then students must spare some time to practicing oral English. By this way, they can improve their language ability a lot.

第一，口語(yǔ)測(cè)試能夠提高學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)能力。如果沒(méi)有口語(yǔ)測(cè)試，那么90%的學(xué)生不會(huì)要求自己來(lái)聯(lián)系口語(yǔ)。但如果我們有這個(gè)測(cè)試的話，那么學(xué)生會(huì)分出時(shí)間來(lái)練習(xí)口語(yǔ)的。通過(guò)這種方式，學(xué)生能夠提高自己的口語(yǔ)能力。

Secondly, oral English encourage students’ ability to communicate with foreign people. For most Chinese students, they have little chance to talk with people from abroad. Quite often, most students can just read and write English language, but lack the ability to speak. If oral test is a necessary, then students would like to chat with their friend everyday, gradually, their oral skills will be strengthened. If they meet foreign people, they can speak English fluently and know how to communicate with foreigners.

第二，口語(yǔ)測(cè)試能夠提高學(xué)生和外國(guó)人交流的能力。對(duì)于很多中國(guó)的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，都沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)直接和外國(guó)人交流。通常，很多學(xué)生只能讀寫(xiě)英文，但是不能說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。如果有英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)測(cè)試的話，那么他們會(huì)與自己的朋友每天練習(xí)英語(yǔ)，漸漸地，他們的口語(yǔ)技能會(huì)提高。如果他們見(jiàn)到外國(guó)人，不僅能很流利地說(shuō)出英語(yǔ)，而且也知道改怎么和外國(guó)人交流。

All in all, oral English test is good for students to improve their oral skills so we should support oral English test.

總之，口語(yǔ)測(cè)試有助于改善學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)技能，所以我們應(yīng)該支持口語(yǔ)測(cè)試。
