Ⅰ.考試性質(zhì)

普通高等學(xué)校本科插班生招生考試是由?？飘厴I(yè)生參加的選拔性考試。高等學(xué)校根據(jù)考生的成績(jī)，按已確定的招生計(jì)劃，德、智、體全面衡量，擇優(yōu)錄取。該考試所包含的內(nèi)容將大致穩(wěn)定，試題形式多種，具有對(duì)學(xué)生把握本課程程度的較強(qiáng)識(shí)別、區(qū)分能力。

Ⅱ.考試內(nèi)容及要求

一、考試基本要求

1.閱讀部分：主要考核學(xué)生通過(guò)閱讀獲取和捕捉有關(guān)信息的能力，以及測(cè)試學(xué)生細(xì)致觀察語(yǔ)言的能力和假設(shè)判斷、分析歸納、推理檢驗(yàn)等邏輯思維能力，考核學(xué)生運(yùn)用相關(guān)閱讀策略和技巧的熟悉程度。既要求準(zhǔn)確性，也要求一定的速度。

2.寫作部分：重點(diǎn)考核學(xué)生初步的英語(yǔ)寫作能力，包括提綱、文章摘要、段落組織與寫作、短文寫作、書信寫作,以及簡(jiǎn)單的應(yīng)用文和議論文寫作等。

二、考核知識(shí)點(diǎn)及考核要求

本大綱的考核要求分為“識(shí)記”、“領(lǐng)會(huì)”、“應(yīng)用”三個(gè)層次，具體含義是：

識(shí)記：能解釋有關(guān)的概念、知識(shí)的含義，并能正確認(rèn)識(shí)和表達(dá)。

領(lǐng)會(huì)：在識(shí)記的基礎(chǔ)上，能全面把握基本概念、基本原理、基本方法，能掌握有關(guān)概念、原理、方法的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系。

應(yīng)用：在理解的基礎(chǔ)上，能運(yùn)用基本概念、基本理論、基本方法分析和解決有關(guān)的理論問(wèn)題和實(shí)際問(wèn)題。

第一部分 閱讀理解

一、考核知識(shí)點(diǎn)

1.理解主旨要義;

2.捕捉文中的具體細(xì)節(jié)信息;

3.理解文中的概念性含義;

4.進(jìn)行有關(guān)的判斷、推理和引申;

5.根據(jù)上下文語(yǔ)境推測(cè)生詞的詞義;

6.理解文章的總體結(jié)構(gòu)以及上下文之間的關(guān)系;

7.理解作者的意圖、觀點(diǎn)或態(tài)度;

8.區(qū)分論點(diǎn)和論據(jù)。

二、考核要求

要求學(xué)生具有一定的語(yǔ)言綜合能力，掌握一定的閱讀技巧，具備在限定的時(shí)間內(nèi)快速閱讀、獲取書面信息;能讀懂中等難度的英文文章和材料;能掌握所讀材料的主旨大意，了解說(shuō)明主旨大意的事實(shí)和細(xì)節(jié)，能根據(jù)材料進(jìn)行判斷和推理，理解上下文的邏輯關(guān)系;能掌握基本的快速閱讀和仔細(xì)閱讀理解技能，并能在閱讀中根據(jù)需要自覺調(diào)整閱讀速度和閱讀技巧。

第二部分 寫作

一、考核知識(shí)點(diǎn)

1.將兩個(gè)獨(dú)立短句合并成一個(gè)simple sentence的能力;

2.獨(dú)立短句與復(fù)合句compound sentence之間的轉(zhuǎn)換;

3.復(fù)合句compound sentence與復(fù)雜句complex sentence之間的轉(zhuǎn)換;

4.對(duì)并列復(fù)合句compound-complex sentence的掌握和運(yùn)用;

5.考查對(duì)平行結(jié)構(gòu)parallel structure概念的掌握和運(yùn)用;

6.對(duì)連接詞(joining word)使用錯(cuò)誤的識(shí)別與修正;

7.對(duì)破句(fragmentary sentence)的識(shí)別和修正;

8.對(duì)垂懸修飾語(yǔ)(dangling modifier)的識(shí)別和修正;

9.對(duì)錯(cuò)誤平行結(jié)構(gòu)(faulty parallelism)的識(shí)別和修正;

10.對(duì)明顯錯(cuò)誤的中式英語(yǔ)的識(shí)別和修正;

11.對(duì)主題句(topic sentence)特征的掌握以及識(shí)別主題句的能力;

12.考查根據(jù)段落中的支持句(supporting sentences)來(lái)推斷主題句(topic sentence)的能力;

13.文章格式：大小寫、轉(zhuǎn)行和書法等;

14.段落的連貫性的基本概念、段落連貫的主要手段;

15.標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的種類、幾種主要標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的作用，能正確運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào);

16.應(yīng)用文的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)及基本格式;

17.能根據(jù)所給內(nèi)容撰寫摘要;

18.議論文寫作。要求結(jié)構(gòu)合理，用詞得當(dāng)，具有統(tǒng)一性、連貫性、表達(dá)條理清楚，無(wú)邏輯混亂現(xiàn)象。

二、考核要求

掌握教材所規(guī)定的全部寫作基本概念、基本理論和基本用法。能合理組織段落，寫一般的書信、通知便條、請(qǐng)?zhí)?、摘要及記敘文、議論文和說(shuō)明文等。格式正確，語(yǔ)言得體，內(nèi)容完整，條理清楚，語(yǔ)法正確。

Ⅲ.考試形式及試卷結(jié)構(gòu)

1.考試形式為閉卷，筆試,考試時(shí)間為120分鐘，試卷滿分為100分。

2.試卷內(nèi)容比例：閱讀占40%，寫作占60%。

3.試卷題型比例：閱讀理解題占40%，改寫句子10%，句子改錯(cuò)占10%，應(yīng)用文寫作題占15%，議論文寫作題占25%。

4.試卷難易比例：易、中、難分別為30%，50%，20%。

Google, the Internet search-engine company, has announced it will give more than twenty-five million dollars in money and investments to help the poor. The company says the effort involves using the power of information and technology to help people improve their lives.

Aleem Walji works for Google.org—the part of the company that gives money to good causes. He said the company’s first project will help identify where infectious (傳染性的) diseases are developing. In Southeast Asia and Africa, for example, Google.org will work with partners to strengthen early-warning systems and take action against growing health threats.

Google.org’s second project will invest in ways to help small and medium-sized businesses grow. Walji says micro finance (小額信貸) is generally small, short-term loans that create few jobs. Instead, he says Google.org wants to develop ways to bring investors and business owners together to create jobs and improve economic growth.

Google.org will also give money to help two climate-change programs announced earlier this year. One of these programs studies ways to make renewable (再生的) energy less costly than coal-based energy. The other is examining the efforts being made to increase the use of electric cars.

The creators of Google have promised to give Google.org about one percent of company profits and one percent of its total stock value every year. Aleem Walji says this amount may increase in the future.
