The Chinalco Rio Tinto Exploration (“CRTX”) company was established in 2011 to explore for copper, coal, potash, iron ore, nickel and borates in the People’s Republic of China. The company is a joint venture between two of the world’s leading minerals and metals producers – Chinalco and Rio Tinto. 1. Graduate Geoscientist地質(zhì)師工程師

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

·Compilation and interpretation of Geoscientific data within a defined commodity to assist in the generation of exploration targets for the CRTX project pipeline;

·Securing and Maintaining access to land for the long term (5+years);

·Review of operating budget prepared by the different teams, compilation of draft financial budget and report to CFO. Prepare the annual cash budget and break-down into monthly cash budget. Track, inspect and supervise the implementation of budget and make monthly budget analysis;

Report the result of internal review to CFO;

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

·Managing the relationship with the CRTX infrastructure provider;

·Ensuring that CRTX has the best hardware and systems in place and is utilizing available technology to enhance exploration;

·Integrate systems and improve system performance by innovation and streamlining workflows;

·Managing CRTX IT assets;

·管理公司的IT設(shè)備

·Delivering fit-for-purpose mobile hardware to assist exploration teams in generating high quality data and analysing integrated databases, while in the field;

·Engaging with users in the region to gather new business requirements and drive implementation of new innovative solutions;

·Manage the Fujitsu contract to drive performance excellence by ensuring that SLAs are met and the provider is encouraged to invest in continuous improvement;

·Facilitate quarterly DR exercises with Fujitsu to ensure that data is appropriately backed up and retrievable;

·Review and refine IT policies and procedures with Fujitsu;

·Liaising with CRTX personnel, service providers and where necessary Rio Tinto and Chinalco IT functions in order to ensure appropriate provision of IT solutions and support;

To be considered for this role you will have:

·A degree in a relevant IT related discipline;

·At least 5 years IT & IT related experience, preferably in mineral exploration;

·具備5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有礦產(chǎn)開采公司背景優(yōu)先;

·Experience in working in multicultural / global / virtual teams;

·具備多文化全球工作背景優(yōu)先;

·Ability to manage project discovery phase and facilitating workshops;

·具備在項(xiàng)目開發(fā)初期階段為現(xiàn)場車間提供設(shè)施便利的能力;

·Ability to scope, plan and budget projects;

·具備規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)費(fèi)的能力;

·Ability to foster a successful team- working environment whilst helping to motivate individuals;

·具備保護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員工作環(huán)境,并激勵其工作積極性的能力;

·Ability to ensure that projects are executed within budget, to time and to high standards.
