表格式書(shū)面表達(dá)是近年高考常選的命題方式之一，而且，所用體裁也相對(duì)穩(wěn)定，以記敘文、應(yīng)用文、說(shuō)明文為主；題材多種多樣，有書(shū)信、日記、介紹、通知等，多數(shù)情況下，在提示中明確規(guī)定了用何種格式。所以，考生只需根據(jù)表格里的提示內(nèi)容，確定所要表達(dá)的要點(diǎn)，最后運(yùn)用自己所把握的句型和詞語(yǔ)知識(shí)，寫(xiě)出一篇要點(diǎn)全、語(yǔ)句通、條理清、表達(dá)明、思路活、書(shū)寫(xiě)正的短文。同學(xué)們?cè)诰唧w操作時(shí)應(yīng)注重以下兩點(diǎn)：

一是要謀好篇，布好局

即在動(dòng)筆前，一定要根據(jù)表格里的提示內(nèi)容，先確定好所要表達(dá)文章的題材，然后根據(jù)題材確定好文章的整體結(jié)構(gòu)，先寫(xiě)什么，后寫(xiě)什么，略寫(xiě)什么，詳寫(xiě)什么，甚至要用到哪些句型和短語(yǔ)，都要做到成竹在胸。

二是要充分根據(jù)表格內(nèi)容確定要點(diǎn)

因?yàn)闀?shū)面表達(dá)最重要的評(píng)分依據(jù)就是內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)要全，假如遺漏一個(gè)要點(diǎn)，至少要扣3分。因此，同學(xué)們?cè)谡J(rèn)真審題、弄清體裁、題材、題意的基礎(chǔ)上，應(yīng)逐個(gè)地、完整無(wú)缺地把表格中的內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)找出來(lái)，然后再根據(jù)不同體裁把要表達(dá)的要點(diǎn)表達(dá)出來(lái)。假如是記敘文，六個(gè)要點(diǎn)缺一不可，即人物、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、事件、原因和結(jié)果。在這六個(gè)要素中，人物、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)通常放在文章的開(kāi)頭；事件、原因通常放在文章的中間，它們是文章的主體；結(jié)果作為故事的結(jié)局通常放在文章的最后。假如是應(yīng)用文，首先是注重它的格式，因?yàn)楦袷藉e(cuò)誤，要扣2分；然后把要解說(shuō)的事物的性質(zhì)、對(duì)象、目的、發(fā)生的時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)等解釋清楚，使讀者對(duì)此事物有一個(gè)完整準(zhǔn)確的了解。寫(xiě)作的具體技巧，同學(xué)們可參考要點(diǎn)式書(shū)面表達(dá)的寫(xiě)作方法。

The ways people spent their holidays changed a great deal in the 1990s. In 1990, 40% of the people spent their holidays at home, the number dropping to 9% in 1999. The table also shows that a great number of people spent their holidays traveling abroad. Compared with 12% in 1990, the rate in 1999(24%) is doubled.

There are two other remarkable tendencies shown in the table: One is the rate of going to the seaside remained nearly the same, and the other is the rate of camping which has risen from 10% in 1990 to 36% in 1999—increased by more than three times. The reason may be that the true nature of the earth attracts people very much, and they want to conquer the nature and discover the real world around them.
